Founded in 1994, Safety Management Corporation has grown to become one of the top safety training and consulting firms in the nation. In addition to an extensive training schedule featuring OSHA 10- and 30-Hour Compliance Seminars, SMC offers safety compliance audits, on-site customized training, and safety program development and implementation.

Our network of highly-qualified Safety Consultants (including former OSHA Compliance Officers) are committed to making your facility a safer and better place to work.

Company president Wilder Allen has 25 years experience as a safety professional, managing safety programs, working with employees and managers, conducting training and facility audits and litigating workers compensation and OSHA-related court cases. His experience ranges from OSHA compliance officer, to plant safety supervisor, to corporate safety director, to consultant to major industries. He is a federal OSHA authorized instructor for both general industry and construction, as well as an instructor for the OSHA 501 class.
