SMC NewsAn important part of this new division is SEPP (SMC’s Employee Performance Program). SEPP is an incentive/recognition program that is based on a points system that lets your employees earn points for achieving measurable work performance goals.
SEPP is ideal for safety-incentive programs in which employees earn points for attending safety meetings, passing departmental or plant-wide facility inspections and/or achieving prescribed periods of accident-free work-hours. In addition, SEPP can be used for any other workplace campaign that is built around measurable behavior patterns you wish to reward. One of the great benefits of SEPP is the amount of individuality that it offers your employees. Employees earn their own points (not necessarily tied to plant-wide achievement) and are able to select their own awards. There is also a 24-hour telephone-based hotline that employees can check their point totals, place an order or check on award shipping status.
